What is the target hardware?

Min. ARM200MHz ROM 20MByte RAM100MByte or above. We are highly configurable for different hardware and purpose, eg. screen size, menu, icon, UI flow

Is it open source software?

All the source code will be open based on the license of the related open source projects. Device specific layer may not be provided to public but our customers

Is it free of charge?

We are planning to provide free downloadable version for end-user. Device manufacturers will be charged for consultancy service and integration support fee.

FAQ - Windows Mobile and Windows CE

MIPS, x86 CPU is not working?

The free download Windows Mobile and Windows CE version are targeted to ARM-based CPU. Please contact us for others CPU type support.

Can't play FLASH?

For the free download Windows Mobile and Windows CE version, FLASH plugin is disabled. Please contact us for FLASH plugin.

The browser is not working on Anyka netbook.

It is a known issue. We had purchase an Anyka Netbook and tried.

Configuration: Windows CE Version 5.00 (Build 1400) Processor AKARM, ARM926-AKCHIP [ AK7802 ] Memory 128MB DDR

When starting the browser, it got a white screen and then exit back to the system.

From our investigation on our Anyka netbook, even it claim to have 128MByte, in fact, only 64MByte is accessable. The available RAM memory is around 20-30MByte and our software exits because of low memory. We are considering a low memory version of our browser to support low memory device.

It won't work on my blackjack II. Does it need a touch screen?

For the free download Windows Mobile and Windows CE version, only touch screen input is supported.
